After our initial research. We created a digital strategy that had 2 pillars: 1) Drive traffic, 2) Optimize for lead generation and conversions.
We created a campaign incorporating Google Adwords and Facebook Ads.
We wanted to reach as many targeted individuals as possible all while keeping CPC (Cost per click) and CPA (Cost per Acquisition) as low as possible.
When targeting the audience we had implemented a campaign using AdRoll and Facebook for re-targeting for both on-site and off-site events.
With a steady flow of traffic coming to the website, it was time to optimize for conversions. We did this by tracking for certain events and actions through Facebook and Google Analytics. The primary problem we found in the lead generation funnel was when all the targeted traffic came time to contact for a booking. To optimize for this we had a “Book Appointment” page implemented. This allowed us to refine and optimize our ads to target website visitors more likely to book through the web portal.
The new website was a hit and SEO performed amazingly over the span of 4 months. By integrating tools to streamline the website and select services, booking capacity has been reached the maximum.
